Planet Events is Spain’s leading concert promoter and booking agency for national and international Latin performers. Established in 1999, it ranks among the world's top 50 promoters. It is owned jointly by Gran Vía Musical and Rosa Lagarrigue Management (Grupo RLM), the leading music management and booking agency.

With the acquisition of a 70% stake in Grupo RLM by Gran Via Musical in February, 2008, ties between the three companies have become closer. The operation also included Merchandising On Stage (MOS), an RLM company dedicated to the development of artists’ rights and brands in the world of leisure and entertainment.

The move also highlighted parent company PRISA’s commitment to the music industry, both in the media as well as in the field of concert and artist management, throughout Spain and Latin America.

Nova is a Gran Vía Musical publishing company, set up in the early 1970s and aimed at securing performing rights to the most popular bands, singers and songwriters in Spain. In 2001, Gran Vía Musical acquired the music publishing company Lirics & Music, S.L, alongside record label Horus.
